Returns & Exchanges
Every Maison Marcelle creation is made to order. This page sets out your rights and our commitments on returns, exchanges and resizing.
Made-to-order pieces
We hold no stock. Every piece is made in our Paris workshops after your order, in the metal, size and engraving you have chosen.
For this reason, and in accordance with article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, our creations are not subject to the fourteen-day right of withdrawal that applies to goods sold from stock. You are informed of this on every product page and acknowledge it before confirming your order.
This takes away none of your guarantees. Any piece with a manufacturing defect is taken back, repaired or replaced at our expense, return shipping included, and resizing is complimentary for life.
Exchange within 30 days, anywhere in the world
Because a piece of jewelry is judged on the wrist and not on a screen, we accept the exchange of any creation within thirty days of receipt, whatever your destination.
The piece must come back to us unworn, complete and in its original packaging. Return costs, by insured shipment, are payable by you. If you choose a creation of greater value, you pay the difference. You may also opt for a credit note valid for two years across the whole collection.
This exchange is a commitment of the Maison, beyond what the law requires.
How to proceed
1. Write to us at contact@maisonmarcelleparis.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. We confirm the procedure within 48 working hours and give you the return address.
3. Send the piece back complete, unworn, in its original packaging and with its certificate, by insured shipment for its full value.
4. On receipt we carry out an inspection. If the piece comes back worn, altered or incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or to reduce its value accordingly.
Complimentary resizing for life
A ring too tight, a bracelet too loose? We adjust your piece as many times as needed, free of charge and with no time limit. Only shipping costs remain payable by you.
Manufacturing defects
You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), the guarantee against latent defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) and our one-year commercial warranty. Any piece with a manufacturing defect is taken back, repaired or replaced at no cost, return shipping included.
