How to preserve your jewelry?
By following a few simple tips, you can keep your Maison Marcelle jewelry in its original condition. Constant contact with the skin, as well as exposure to the elements, pollution, and shocks, requires special care. Each Maison Marcelle piece comes with a dedicated cleaning kit, including a cleaning solution, a brush and a polishing cloth to ensure proper care.

We recommend:
- Removing your jewelry before any activity that could damage it, such as sports, cooking or gardening.
- Avoiding contact with abrasive products. Avoid contact with cosmetics or household products, which may affect the color and brilliance of your jewelry.
- Store your jewelry individually, in its original box or in a separate compartment of a jewelry case.
- Protect it from contact with salt water or chlorine, which can damage your pieces. Note that cold water can shrink your fingers, increasing the risk of a ring slipping off.

Jewelry care tips:
To preserve the original beauty of your jewelry, regular care is essential.

Here are our recommendations:
- Regular care : use the Maison Marcelle cleaning kit to remove residues that may affect the brilliance of your jewelry. This method is not suitable for all pieces. More intricate creations should be cleaned by a professional.
- Professional cleaning : we recommend having your jewelry cleaned at least once a year. Ultrasonic cleaning is available in our showroom.

Every piece is made to order, so delivery takes four to six weeks on average. This may vary with order volume and public holidays.
